Open Water Course Dates
Our last part time open water course for the Summer running in February!!
Need your diving ticket or have a friend that needs one?
Come and learn to Scuba Dive with Descend
Commencing on the 9th of February
Course dates & details below
February 2010
Week 1: Tuesday 9th February & Thursday 11th February
Week 2: Tuesday 16th February & Thursday 18th february
Week 3: Tuesday 23rd february & Thursday 25th February
Week 4: Tuesday 2nd March
Practical Weekend: 6th & 7th March
Cost: $550 incl GST
Each course consists of:

Four nights of theory instruction
-
Three nights of pool instruction ( extra pool may be requiried)
-
Full weekend of open water diving at Queenscliff
-
Two nights accommodation
-
Three shore dives
-
Two boat dives
-
The use of all high tech equipment ( standard sizes)
-
Education materials - text & log books
-
Certification card 7 certificate
-
12 months complimentary membership to our club
-
The opportunity for further education through to instuctor level & commercial diver
-
World recognised qualification through Scuba Schools International (SSI)
-
A divers medical certificate is apre requisite to attend this course and is available at an additional cost. it must be completed PRIOR to starting your course.
Open Water Course Congratualtions
A big congratulations to our recent open water students from our full time course were Joseph Daw, Jordan Ashby, Dominica Griffiths and Hayden Bruce.
And a special congratulations to Nadine Taylor from our last years part time course, had a bit of trouble with her ears but has finally passed and has her ticket

If you are down in Queenscliff, feel free to check out the wreck or come along with us when Descend go down to Queenscliff with our open water students in February.
